This is my latest singleplayer project: The spleef stadium! it has 4 huge seating area's, a special VIP area with good view and 6 luxury wooden chairs, a special one-way entry and exit to the field, and pathways connecting various parts of the seating areas.

The floor is built in such a way, that you can alter the design, and even save your floors as a scematic file using mcedit.

The total building took about two days, and no external programs or mods were used when building. (except for toomanyitems to get the double slab block easily.
