Reason #1. mainly because is very hard to build in citys and make this server etter when you cant do alot of stuff that is not aloud for guests. and improving the city is my main goal. i plan to make a city that is based in the middle of the ocean and you can understand why its hard to do so without being aloud to move water. i would of course abuse my powers but only to make the city better. i will not abuse them in a bad way.

RR: i am an accomplished builder, i can build really well, and i would not abuse my powers, i think that chris6tian is awesome, and this will become a great server. I love llamas! (not needed i know)
