This is all done, I really like and hate this build I goofed with one side so it is off by one block If I remove the water pool at the bottom you would never be able to tell. Only took about 6 hours some world edit involved and in creative for the server. It is just for looks and goes with the city/spawn theme being in the desert biome.
The only reall work is to tie in the rest of the builds around it that is why I said it is 95% complete!
Now that I am looking at it I think I may have it moved, far to congested where it sets.
