Hey all Enzime Here again with another modern build

This is a COLLAB with Skiasa made on the TBS server in /warp haven

skiasa did the landscaping which was performed extraordinary if i do say so myself and the interior was done by myself, we both worked on the exterior of the house, which was originally started by myself but turned into a collab :P (which im glad it did)
