This is a large factory made entirely for creation of fuel from oil. There are exactly 13 oil refineries that are powered by 56 combustion engines. There is an oil input located on the front of the building and a reasonably sized fuel output storage area that has in total 72 tanks for you to save and use your fuel at your leisure.
