Whenever I begin a new project, I like to start off with a basic concept of what it is I want to accomplish. For this one, the idea was to build a house that could serve as both a starter base and an end-game base. That meant it had to be small enough not to require endless amounts of resources that would be intimidating to have to collect right from the get-go, yet still big enough to fit all the equipment (and storage space) needed over the course of your average survival game. Plus, since it was basically meant to last forever, it had to be the kind of cozy, detailed-to-death house you would love to come back to over and over again throughout the entire game. As usual, I included pictures from practically every angle, so I won't bore you with a description of how I think I succeeded in meeting all the criteria I had set for myself. Suffice it to say, this may just be one of my favorite builds to date.
