Well i tried to make a recording on this map, but youve fallen down the route of "make all parkour hard" you need to start easy, and then gradually make the parkour harder and harder... instead of jumping right into the hard stuff lol.

You need to extract the file. Then create New Map. Name it Parkour + Arena! and all the files you downloaded it you put them inside that new folder.

Basic Steps to set Save
1. go to windows menu
2. Search %appdata%
3. click enter
4. go to .Minecraft
5. click on saves
6. drag the world to saves
7. play on 1.7.10
8. Enjoy
