An animal shop with some displays, made to sell decorative player heads in the style of small animals. This shop can be found (working) on the Rising Dragon server at the east side of the spawn hub.
It offers a small fish tank, rabbit-pen, axolotl habitat, and parrot cage. The vendor might be a bit odd but at least he seems to be doing well with the animals.
