Player Particles!
Have you ever played a server where they offer particles for donors? Well, I have replicated it in vanilla minecraft (no mods included!) there are eight different particles to choose from. Either download the world save, download the schmatic, or play it in your own world with the one command machine!

Just copy and paste the command into a command block, and power it to start the magic.
