You can now poison your friends and foes alike with this evil little trick![Or just put it in an adventure map and write "The cake is a LIE!!!" to troll them] How this works is pretty simple(look at the screenshots ^^^^^)
It basically detects a "Full cake",however once someone eats it,the data value of the cake changes,making it possible to detect!Then after that we just have to do some simple trick to give the effect that the cake was poisoned.
1.testforblock ~ ~2 ~ minecraft:cake 0 -this tests for cake that havn't been eaten yet
2.effect @p 19 30 -poisons the cake eater
3.say You've been poisoned! -Taunt you even more.
