CREATOR: Schatten1936
History:
The RMS. Quajutsu (fictional) was the first ship of the New Cunard Line. She was laid up at Robert Duncan & Co., Company on 27th December 1840.
On the 20-02-1841 she had her launching. On March 2, 1841 was her maiden voyage from Southampton to New York, but she had for now and then to grapple with heavy weather, but arrived safely in New York. During the 1st and 2nd World War, she was docked at a quay in Southampton.
Since she was too small and too slow for service as a troop and hospital ship.
In 1930 she was sold to the Imperial Trans-Atlantic Line.
She was repurchased by NCL in 1950 but from 1950-1998 it lay on a dock in Hamburg and rustled to itself. On October 24, 1998 she completely modened into a Blohm + Voss dock.
There she got a new and modern bridge and a cafe was added.
Now she driving under the name PS. Quajutsu and is with the PS. Waverley the last seaworthy paddle steamer in the world. She travels only in Scotland, the Bristol canal, on the Thames in London and South Coast, but only there she will also depart always in the middle and at the end of the month from the Thames Southampton.
