I originally had this left unfinished for more than 6 months in my zeppelin world because I lost motivation to build zeppelins at the time. It is based on a smaller version of ZRS-4 Akron and ZRS-5 Macon, but is part of the British navy. It has working lights, luxury crew quarters, 2 undercarriages (one for entry and lifeboats, one for control), an emergency control car in case the forward undercarriage fails, 3 F9C sparrowhawks (the planes) and much more.

How is that viable to be an aircraft carrier? Or is it simply a transport carrying aircraft? Still both ways doesn't make sense to me.

it's sort-of hard to explain. if you study USS Akron and Macon enough you will see what I mean by aircraft carrier.

Interesting to learn that such a thing had really existed. So it was possible since they use light propellor planes. It's a shame that airships aren't in the US Navy anymore. In your R-107 though, it made me confused because you made all of the planes ready for launch and it looked like all the planes were just dangling there for storage. Maybe one at a time would have made more sense

they used 6m long and 7m wide parasite fighters and/or seaplanes. they hook on to a trapeze, get pulled up into an internal hangar and can be quickly deployed to attack enemies or scout the area. it's hard to believe, but Akron and Macon could scout something like 200,000 to 400,000 km a day.

there are plenty of other hindenburgs out there lol, but I will do it in the future. I like to focus mainly on the not so famous zeppelins.
