Rainsong Terraces is a housing community, named for the fact that when I started, I was turning the rain off every three minutes or so. It will be gated in, with three floorplan styles and a community aesthetic, and is on a standard Flatmap since I'm not doing anything deeper than two or three blocks.

This is a premade 'catalogue' of sorts; when I have the entire planned community of twenty-five one-story houses built and ready to show, there will be commission prices attached.
I may make the full map for sale too, but it's probably cheaper to buy a house or two and have them built to your specs.

In the meantime, I'll be slowly updating this submission as the community grows, and later, I'll start posting the individual floorplans/houses for scrutiny, as well as with details.
