All complete

Step 1: Place the workbench and pressure plate.

Step 2: Place redstone under pressure plate.

Step 3: Place an unextended sticky piston behind the workbench.

Step 4: Run the redstone wire from under the pressure plate to the piston.

Step 5: Test to make sure it works, if not, try again from step 2.

Step 6: Conceal the wiring and enjoy!
