Oops, I did it again. after building the 50sub theatre i immediately wanted to build a second theatre in my city
this building is actually far from done, but i really wanted to share what i've got so far with you. 
the opera house is located on the city's west bank, just across the road from the boardwalk promenade. the city's west boulevard is the entertainment and tourist hub of the city, and i thus thought that it would be the perfect place to build the opera house

as i said, it is far from done and i do not expect to put out a download any time soon, but i will leave you with these pics to enjoy
