As I am new to minecraft server building this will be my first build but that doesn't mean it's going to be crappy in the least.  I am doing it the right way with much time and effort being put into all aspects of this server. The server is going to be set in a skyrim inspired world.  There will be holds, towns, dungeons, vast landscapes, amazing mountians, quests and much more. (At least that's the plan so far).  Each part will be hand crafted to the finest detail.  Currently I am in the terrain generation phase of this project and getting my landscape down.  For this I am using World Machine, World Painter and Voxel Sniper. Let me know what you guys think as I go along and any tips are greatly appreciated.
