When I try to download the map, It says 404 FORBIDDEN on the screen. You should fix that.

404 means page not found. 403 is Forbidden. You will never see 404 Forbidden. You can find more about HTML errors here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes

clicking download again, i noticed I read it wrong. I would have gone back and edited the first comment but I forgot I even commented on this. It says "403 ACCESS DENIED" not "404 FORBIDDEN". and its just an error over here I think. I don't know why, seeing as I can download every other map without error. But it's still a good looking map though.
