It looks amazing!

Nice work. I'll run you through my thought process in viewing this (can't download presently until I get to my computer) at first, the façade seemed simple, the design very easy to make, looked like a copy paste job I could do in very little time. It's a good and solid design, though, as buildings like the Ahmanson theatre in Los Angeles does something similar, and I quite like the aesthetic. But as I looked through the images, I see the courtyards, and that, how they are arranged shows a greater and hidden beauty behind the simplicity. I love the playing with shading elements, and while this only shows up well in renders, it still looks great. Well done :)
