Sorry I was asleep, to download a map into your server you first need the WorldEdit plugin, in the WorldEdit plugin folder there should be a schematics folder, if there isn't, make one titled 'Schematics' and drop the downloaded file from this page in there, from there you go into your server and do //schem load (whatever the schem file is titled) and then //paste it where you please
