How do you download World Saves btw killing my friend lol he downloaded but i dont know how to do it

When you download the save go to My Documents. Type %appdata% in the bar on top, find .minecraft, open it, then open the saves folder. Put the file folder from the .rar in there. If that didn't make sense, you can always find a YT video about it. Hope i could help. ^_^
