Welcome to the BRD-MC Boo- another 1 chunk wonder.
This farm makes use of a flying machine that is triggered by hopper timer to run across the growth field and back to the park position as it cuts the Bamboo down. The Bambo is picked up by hopper cart below that was released when harvest was triggered. Rapid unloader and storage of 5x6 dbl chests with overflow purge is present.
Schem is 16 wide, 16 deep, 25 tall. Facing East- up against front left corner- side with chests.
Remember to paste redstone asynchronously using methods like Carpet or Fastasynchworldedit. Pasting in tick time presents immediate block updates upon paste among other anomalies that break redstone builds.

In an effort to mitigate the very real hopper lag of 1.19.3 I've decided to rework some of the item transport and storage/ purge systems of a bunch of builds. Water is the primary and cheapest method of transport and I like it so why not mix it in while expanding storage?
The storage capacity has been doubled @ 72 dbl chests and the flow to storage is done completely by water rather than a huge hopper line on the top. The lava purge has also been changed to a passive drop off rather than an ejector system.
A counter has been added to the original timer to double the growth time between harvests.

I did load and paste the schematic but it's not working.
If not pasted Asynch to the timing of the sgl player virtual or remote actual server, it will break redstone etc because the blocks update on paste. I use fast asynch world edit- FAWE installed as a back end plugin to our server.
Also the schem will likely be in off state. The lever on the hopper timer will begin the cycling. This hopper timer will cycle full x2 and then output the pulse to harvest and to run the cart for pickup.
Schem pasted/ tested@ 12:45 EST as functioning.
Lemme know what part and I'll load up a live to the build world to assist :)
I installed FAWE now, do I have to install FAWE and WE or only FAWE?
Are the commands the same?
And do I have to press any button on the machine for it to start?
I'll test it later with the new FAWE plugin, I'm not home yet.
It may be only the WE block update on paste thing- it harvested when you pasted? that is it.
You should be able to walk in after paste and lever up on the hopper timer to start up. The timer will pulse twice- the second pulse launches harvest and cart- the counter that I added extends the growth time between harvests.
