Listen to my story my son. Listen to how this city came to be.
One day, a ship full of men came to this desert, and saw that the land was plentiful. Full of cane and located on a beautiful oasis, this desert could be a wonderful place for them to settle. So they did.
Over a few years, this settlement became prosperous. The cane was valuable to many cities, and the food and water there was good. And the village became a town. And the town was full of good people. This was a happy time, my son. Never was a man or woman or child hungry. But then he came.
He, the doer of evils, the creator of lies, the spider. He came with his spindly arms, his thin visage, his beady eyes. We should have been more wary. But at that time, we were too open, welcoming without questions. The man stood up on a hill a few days after he came, gathering a crowd.
"My people!" he shouted, "I have a gift for you. Tell me your wants and needs, and I will give them to you, for only a small cost!"
No one knew what to do, until one man, a brave man, walked up to him. " I want my family to have more food."
"Your wish is granted" said the spindly man. "Now pay your price."
The man took out a dagger of a strange stone out of his belt and stabbed the man in the heart.
Everyone panicked, running back to their houses. One last man stood there, and saw a dreadful sight.
The man's dagger was pulsing as he drew out the mans soul, and as he received it, he grew more hunched, more spindly. More spider like.
As the days went on, the people were gradually lured and killed by this dreadful man. He grew more spider like, grew more legs, grew black and beady and evil. And the dagger turned into a stinger.
But one day, as he stood on the hill attempting to lure more victims, a brave lumberjack took his axe and challenged the beast. As the spider laughed and hissed on top of the hill, the lumberjack, in a last effort, threw his axe at the demon. As it spiraled through the air, he yelled "Aj neer sion jephat!" which, in our ancient language, means, "Meet the creator, Demon!"
The axe flew right into the strange jeweled heart of the monster, making it scream. As the remaining residents of the city watched, the monster slowly turned into white stone. And thus it was finished.
So, my son, now you know why our city is named Bel'jash. Bel'jash means "never again", and it is true. We will never again welcome strangers so openly. We are always on our guard now. But still we are prosperous, And still we hope he will never come back.
---------------------------------
So guys, this is my first creation I'm putting on here! The city of Bel'jash has two main areas.
First, the upper city. The upper city includes:
The palace
The Guest palace
The Houses
The temple
The Noble district
The throne room
The lighthouse
And the spider
Then, there is lower city. This district includes
The cane farms
The Inn
The Bel'jash gates
And the kings ship
