It would be nice, maybe if you made similar flags, for example, Ireland and Ivory Coast, there's just a small difference it might be more challenging.

Just find a list of flags and start looking for similar ones, good ones are normally the balkan/slavic ones meaning ones like Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia and Russia have the same colours.
