The Hunger-Games - The overgrown Arena


REDOWNLOAD - there was an error with the red-stone due to lag and a slight roll back in certain chunks, thus causing certain red stone and block placements to disappear (this being after testing). all has been fixed now and should work, i personally tested it before re uploading. Sorry for the inconvenience.

BEWARE spawn is a little disappointing, but the rest of the map is nice.



This was inspired from the movie "The Hunger Games" Was originally going to be a remake of the map that was used in the movie but i decieded not to and got creative. Its one BIG island 800x800 roughly,
I used world painter to lay out the map, and i made 1-3 mountains with world painter the rest was done with voxel sniper. The main attraction of the map is the city in one of the corners (its a secret)
That has the most chests in it, the rest are scattered throughout the map. There is a riddle in the map that leads to an awesome chest as well. If you are lost the broken bridge pieces lead towards the city.

Map made in the period of a couple weeks, 3-4 i think, all by me.

MAP SPECS:

Map holds 1-20 people PLUS one additional member, the master of ceremonies.

For the master of ceremonies, choose someone who you recon should be pretty mature about it and NOT abuse power.

Regular players play the game, the master of ceremonies controls the game.

RULES WHEN PLAYING:



RULES FOR PLAYERS:


General Survival Game rules Apply.

GENERAL SERVER RULES:



1) Make sure creeper explosions are turned OFF.
2) Add mods that you feel will either increase or decres difficulty.
3) Set the map difficulty to atleast Normal.

I have put this on my server. I am not releasing the IP quite yet, But I gave credit where credit is due. This is an amazing map, and I can't wait until everybody tries this map out. If you wish me to take it off, I will do so immediately.

You can load it into mcedit and delete all the chunks out of the dome which may help

Are all the chests through the map supposed to be empty? I downloaded this, and all the chests are empty.

Do you know the name of the plugin? Or can you tell me how many chests there are so I can track them all down?

I do not know the name im afraid, i think a quick google search should help, as to the number somewhere around 100, but i would recommend using nodus to find them all. Hope this helps :)
