Hey again!

This is another project which I found in my virtual basement. It was originally for a contest, but then one thing led to another, and I didn't participate, and the project got forgotten. But I finally finished it, and here it is!
A small town stuck near the Polar Ice Cap (Somehow near a jungle, though. Probably the Russian Polar Jungle), Hel Thorin is a small town. The houses are original Hel native art.
