The Philmore Building ( 2nd Remodel)
Built in early November of 2016, I decided to redo it for the first time late 2017, and have redone it again after looking at the lobby, and finding so many errors in the ceiling. The things I did is I redid the western facade and redid most of the interior while keeping the loft and office space theme and colored the windows cyan.
The building in Bakerstown was once the headquarters for Philmore Co. Built in 1907 it was one of the largest office buildings in the city. Then in the 1950's Philmore Co moved out and most of the building was converted into loft apartments.
