Its the arena where mako and bolin played Pro-Bending with korra in the nickelodeon serie Avatar: The legend of korra. but the arena is was closed since episode 7, in the legend of korra.
To download: download the winrar file via mediafire, then copy all the folders thats in it and then paste them in
%appdata%=Roaming=.minecraft=saves folder. then start your minecraft and click on single player and you'll see Bending arena standing somewhere and go to the world and you'll see the Arena standing in front of you.
