It is recommended you use any texture pack that makes item frames invisible.

The build is of an ancient mining city that has been buried in sand over the ages leaving only its walls and higher level buildings exposed to a team of archaeologists.
The map starts in adventure mode but not only are commands enabled so you can just change that but there are also command blocks, the location of which are the spoilers below.

P.S. This is my first map uploaded it doubles as both a build and a in progress adventure (the base of the story can still be followed). The story would be based around single page notes in books that would be found at each site in order to develop a story so let me know if you would like that.
