Copy the command in a Commandblock(/give @p minecraft:command_block 1)
and active it with a redstoneblock wait.... then click on the sign "start homes"

make | /gamerule home 1 | in the chat to set a new home (make | /gamerule home 3 | if a home already exist)
make | /gamerule home 2 |to tp to the homepoint
make | /gamerule home 3 |to delete all homes
