The Two Millennium Plaza (also known as the FTRS (Federal Tax Regulation Service) NLC) is a 57-story skyscraper, built in 1987 for the Federal Tax Regulation Service of the United Citrus States. Located at 3 Lower Dr, Financial District, Limettan Island, New Limesville City. The skyscraper is still one of the highest in the city, even after 32 years)
The construction started in March of 1986 and was completed in November of 1987 (4 months earlier than planned). There were no economic problems during the construction of the building because of its government financing.
Building time: ~3 hours.
Not all buildings have their final locations, but the ones that are uploaded have.
All buildings will have exact addresses (with numbers), but it will be later, when I'll finish the city (which will probably take several years).
All projects I will upload are from one giant project called "the United Citrus States (UCS)". I'll name the state and city in the project title.
The buildings on the background will have their own pages (when they will actually exist, they would).
