Buit completely by hand in Creative mode. lots of great redstone contraptions and attention to detail. Also I had fun referencing the Bioshock series a lot in this build. Very larger city to explore.

Ill Re upload this later on, ive added some more buildings to the city and they look pretty good. When I re upload this I promise for sure the download will work.
