My first submission comes in the form of the inaugural build within my SkyBET EFL Championship 2018/19 project which will eventually contain all 24 stadia from this season. The first is the University of Bolton Stadium, which was built between February 7, 2015 and April 4, 2018, although it could have been finished sooner had I not rebuilt half of the stadium since I wasn't happy with how it looked at the time.
Anyway, the stadium is built to full size as are all my builds, with the size being based on the number of seats that the stadium has, in this case it is 28,723 (currently the largest of the two that I have done). As well as featuring all of the seats, the stadium has a fully furnished interior complete with changing rooms, suites, fan concourses, toilets and kiosks. It also contains a number of kitted out hotel rooms within the Bolton Whites Hotel in the South Stand, some of which back onto the pitch.
This stadium build also featured in the February 25th, 2020 edition of The Bolton News, the link to which can be found below:

Very impressive. I hope to do a build at this level of detail at some point.
I'm actually lucky enough to work at the stadium so while I was in the process of recreating it I spent a lot of time after shifts taking as many pictures and videos as possible to get an accurate representation of the stadium. On my days off I'd try and take pictures of other areas such as the detailing on the floodlights etc. I was questioned on a few occasions by stewards and managers as to why I was taking pictures but they were fine once I assured them that I had no malicious intent.
The overall layout of the stadium such as the footprint, much of the exterior and the positioning of each stand was largely done from memory, as well as the arches above each stand. As far as I'm aware it was the first time the stadium had been built in Minecraft at the time of its completion.
All I can advise to you is that it takes a lot of practice, so keep working at it and you'll get there eventually 🙂👍
