There are LOTS of versions of Custom Crafting out there, but I personally have never seen one like this. Just the beginnings of a cool concept, not very well polished or applied, yet, though still fun and intriguing. ;) See video for Details... Sorry if the annotations don't work here, even if they do on youtube. :p

now get rid of those comperators, if two players use this system in the same redstonetick it will break... no matter what

Indeed, you are right... But considering that a redstone tick is only 1/5th of a second, the chances of that are VERY low, unless there are lots of players online. And, as I said in the video, "because of a few things that I decided not to change with this particular setup, this is not multiplayer compatible." Due to this just being a demonstration, this setup doesn't take everything into account. :)
