This design wasn't actually mine to begin with, this time. I was looking around for a simple and effective structure that made it easy and efficient for me to breed villagers, when I stumbled across this YouTube video. I liked the general layout of the structure and quickly found it to work like a charm. So I polished it up a little and added a few extra features: Firstly, I built a glass roof so that skeletons couldn't accidentally kill villagers when aiming at a player near them. And secondly, I added the trap doors below the ladders. In one of my singleplayer worlds I built a system underneath these trap doors that allowed me to "sort" the villagers. As macabre and unethical as that sounds, I think everyone can relate to wanting only the most useful villagers (as opposed to having ten priests but not a single farmer). It is just a game, after all. Since you can't (and shouldn't) just kill the villagers you don't need, my system consisted of two separate water streams that led to a sort of holding cell (for the useful villagers) and a pool of lava (for the useless ones), respectively. All I had to do was push the particular villager onto the right trap door and open it. Whether or not you want to go to all that trouble is up to you, of course. The way this structure is built, up to 15 villagers will eventually live inside it (given that you have put in two to start with, obviously; preferably including at least one farmer, otherwise you'll have to feed the villagers until a farmer spawns). If that isn't enough for you, you will be forced to evacuate some of the villagers from time to time. Because if they're still within the range of the village (i.e. this breeder), they will count towards its maximum population and prevent new villagers from being born. So you see, there's still a lot you can do to make this villager breeder your own.

Please feel free to use my designs anywhere you want. However, please don't publicly pass them off as your own by using them in a video or re-uploading them to your profile without providing a link to the original project. Thank you.
