Hey guys! Its erikanderson52 here bringing you another amazing modern build. For this project i decided to go for a more tropical feel. I used quartz, sandstone, and a mixture of ice for windows and birch wood for patio furniture. Included in this build is a modern house with a connecting garage, an amazing yacht, pool, hot tub, ponds and several other awesome features! enjoy!
