go to %appdata%>.minecraft>saves then add the folder that has the name of your world to a zip file and then click to update the project and scroll down to upload the file.

go to finder>new window>click your username>Hold shift command G > and paste this into the search bar ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/saves/ and you should see your minecraft save files.
