I am back with more realistic terrain. This time I have made Woha Sound, a large fjord in a humid climate. This was inspired by Wilford Sound, an amazing fjord in the south of New Zealand. This place is very humid and has a lot of waterfalls and brooks because of it. The vegitation is also very lush and grows all the way up the steep cliffs. I tried to recreate both of these by populating the entire terrain with a dense forest and adding water streams manually in erosion gullies.
By the way, I really dislike how the maximum render distance in 1.7.2 is about 5 chunks. How am I supposed to make good screenshots with that? (I know there are programs out there like Chunky and Eihort; they have their downsides though)

Map info
The map is 1000 by 1000 blocks, with a 256 ocean border around it at y=40. Don't cross the border as this will crash your game and corrupt the file!
I made the landscape in WorldMachine, where I build the mountain ridges first and then cut out the valleys. After that I applied two erosion filter, which created the gullies and rivers. After that I imported the world into WorldPainter, where I added the trees, the mountain lakes and the stone layers. All the actual rivers with flowing water were added later by me manually.

Suggestions
I much, much appreciate any comments or suggestions that you could give.
What should I do next? (I do both mapmaking and building stuff) What could I improve on this map?

Credit
You can use this map in any project you like (such as a Youtube video, building project etc) as long as you provide a link to this page.
I encourage you to share this as much as possible!

Thanks for the support!
I agree with you that the borders aren't very subtle. I think the map is too small either way. I'd rather have it be 2k by 2k, because then I can also show the larger river that was supposed to flow into the fjord in the middle.
