What is this server about?

Teamwork, competition, hardcore survival, creativity and challenge are things we adhere to.

Are you full of ideas and don't like easy, boring servers? Do you enjoy fighting, making traps and outwitting enemy?

BSP is the server for people who like challenge and immersion! You will never get bored here.

We are trying to push quality of gameplay to higher level, help us! We welcome everyone who is creative, we aim at experienced players but we can help newcomers if asked to.


Few characteristics:

• We are looking for mature players that enjoy PvP, adventure and Teamwork.
  
• We like challenge in game, that's why we don't support teleports and other "helps" that make game duller. Survive and adventure to the extent!
  
• We've seen on server some fabulous faction wars and battlefields, that often leave a scar on the world.
  
• There is no free stuff from admins for anyone, everything is player made and mined.
  
• Everyone is treated the same. Staff don't get any privileges. Everyone is equal!
  
• Responsible admins and option to become a mod for anyone. Also we have our successes in catching and banning cheaters.
  
• We offer limitless and player shaped world that lives by its own life!
  
• We are always open for suggestions!
  

Long version:

On the BSP MC-Server we offer a friendly community focused around invention, teamwork and PvP. Main goal of the server is fun and exploring boundaries of Minecraft with friends (usually gathered in factions). As we don't limit ourselves to one aspect of game, you can see a lot of amazing structures and plans being build by many players. Beware though,because of feel of immersion that we try to maintain - difficulty on the server may be high, especially if you are alone. Fortunately server offers a lot of friendly and helpful players, just be nice and don't engage into any wars too fast or unprepared and many people will offer you shelter, be it a faction small home, castle or tower beyond clouds!

In order to not corrupt world and its economy with "cheated" materials there are no free stuffs, so don't ask for it. All community structures, like stadiums, etc. have to be built by players (except few on spawn for guidance). Our target is to make highly guarded server with admins that will only use teleport to enforce rules and won't create anything for anyone, even if something is lost due to bug - we all suffer from them! We offer maximum transparency of admin staff actions to avoid any biased decisions and reckless behavior. This means that chat logs with commands used will be available for anyone. As this is a PvP server there is no such thing as griefing per se. Everything is solved by plugins we use and if not - rules. So you don't have to worry that enemy will destroy anything of yours if you will protect yourself and play smart. On the other hand do not cry and complain if you will play reckless and let enemy roam in your territory.

Make sure to read the /rules and inform yourself about Plugins used before playing! And have a nice time on server!
