Your server is running 1.10.2 but is not EULA complaint. It was good effort, but limiting anything regardless of it is "Not bothering anyone" is the sort of thoughtfulness that motivated Mojang to create the EULA in the first place. Please do attempt to work on this.
Before commenting, I urge you to read through the EULA completely, it states that you can sell access to servers, actually one of the first things they did discuss.

If everyone adhered to that price to even enter the server, then it would be eula compliant. But offering people access to area within a server from which others cannot enter without payment is not eula compliant.
Here, let me show you exactly what i meant to show you - i should have suspected that you did not understand my point.

The Creative World is a staff realm, not a donor area. We have a server for donors to enter for their Creative processes.
Also, I am 21 years old, though age doesn't seem to matter on the internet.

Thank you for clarifying that modicum of information. Though it proves difficult to know if this "Creative server" is actually meant to be part of you're network, or a separate sanction. It would do you well to setup arbitrary declarations on your... dilapidated website or this patron payment.. processing?
You must never expect anyone to fully understand what it is you are doing, or selling unless there are full explanations.
Though not everyone shares your opinion regarding age. The same sort people I've come to know who tend to say "age doesn't seem to matter" Anywhere are pedophiles, naturally. I'm 36 - though I'm sure it doesn't matter to you as it shouldn't.
