Server Information:
Dark Plains is a Hardcore Factions server with a bit of a role playing atmosphere to it, there are three classes to choose from the Warrior, Mage and Craftsman. Each class has its own perks and advantages but each class also has some minor disadvantages, these specific class features and skills encourages trading and helping with other players with different skills, because a lone wolf will never get too far (I hope?).
The Classes:
As I mentioned above there are three classes to choose from in the world of Dark Plains, the warrior, who specialises in using diamond armour and weapons and the only class able to use diamond armour and a diamond sword, the craftsman, the only class able to place specific decorative blocks, ores, ore-blocks and grasses. The craftsman is also the only class able to mine blocks in the nether. And last but no least, the mage, the mage can only wear chain and hold armour, but to compensate they have a massive array of useful spells at there disposal.
Shops/Quests
Scattered throughout the main Spawn town you will find many npc's who may offer your quests with great rewards. Some npc's may also have items for sale, at this stage money is but a useless thing, but soon money will play a massive role in the servers economy (note to self: Hold onto all that sweet money).
