Hey, I just found your server and i would like to help out. Where can i apply for staff?

Great server! But I recommend putting more time into building them PERFECTLY im not talking about construction building but configuring plugins etc. It looks like on most servers you ONLY got the basics and didn't consider player's well being and having fun, e.g diversity in unique plugins.
If you look at my account; I have had a server before, yes it failed. I have understood why. I did not plan fully. Most of these servers are your generic op factions, creative etc. You need something unique that players will like.

Do not take this to offence. I am just trying to help! honsetly imo this server wont go too well if you dont take the time and have the determination to maintain a healthy, fun and welcoming server.
