This is a truly terrible server. I was banned from the Teamspeak server I think because I had a weird voice, and then I was banned from the Minecraft server because I asked why I was banned. Do not go on this server unless you want to be abused.

I think you're out of luck. They won't listen to reason about why players get banned.
