What is MythX?

MythX is a Minecraft server community (obviously)! At MythX, we strive to deliver an enjoyable experience while always seeking expansion opportunities.

All of MythX takes place in a universe called Mythrylia. Mythrylia is a spectacular place! You'll have to wait until MythDelta goes live to truly experience Mythrylia, however. ;)

Servers
At MythX, we use Bungeecord so you never have to log out to Minecraft's menu to join another server! We currently have two servers for players to enjoy: MythTerra and Salty's Tavern. We also have MythDelta, an RPG server, in the works!

Our server box is hosted in France, however the server is administrated from England and America.


MythTerra
MythTerra is our flagship Towny survival server. At MythTerra, you can expect to find popular Spigot plugins such as McMMO, Towny, Jobs and more! We have a host of plugins to expand upon and improve your Minecraft gaming experience. Take up jobs and earn Mynt (the server currency) in order to buy and sell goods and wares! Join a town, or create your own, with Towny. If you don't want to join a town, you don't have to! We use Districts to provide player-controlled grief protection. Everything is covered at MythTerra to make your life easy, but not too easy! MythTerra is still a survival server. :)

Terra also includes forum integration. In order to rank up, you will have to register on our forum with your exact Minecraft player name! But don't worry, you'll know whether you want to stay by the time you're ready for your first promotion. :)

Just so you can have a quick glimpse, here are all of the normally obtainable ranks on Terra.
Traveller: All players start out as travellers!
Settler: Once you've found a place to settle, you can be promoted from Traveller. Our forum has more information on how to do this!
Noble: Players of this rank have been around for quite some time and are quite trustworthy. It'll take a good while to earn this! :)
Advisor: These players truly know the ins and outs of MythTerra. They help the mods when they're too busy or not around, and can advise players about how to play on the server! Don't be afraid to ask them for help! :)

We also have three contributor ranks to purchase!
Hero: Heroes are heroic contributors. They help us pay the bills, even if just a little bit! <3
Legend: Legends are quite legendary. Their contribution helps us pay for almost a full month of hosting! <3
Mythical: Mythical contributors are spoken of in tales of glory and valor. Their contributions help us remain standing for months to come! <3

And, of course, the staff ranks which are near impossible to obtain, if not totally impossible.
Mod: Mods moderate the server and ensure everyone is behaving and getting along. They have the power to deliver swift justice to players breaking rules, and reward players for good behavior!
Admin: Admins keep the server ticking. They make sure plugins and other functions are operating correctly.
Overlord: The Overlords are the key founders of the server. They pay the bills, run the website, and take care of everything else. They also perform admin tasks.

Salty's Tavern
Salty's Tavern, or Salty Grog Tavern, is our hub server. When you first join, this is where you'll end up! At Salty's Tavern, you can hang out with friends and chat. We also have a custom coded beverages plugin! You can purchase drinks from Salty at the bar using tokens! Tokens are Peridium Nuggets (emeralds), and Luminium Nuggets (gold nuggets). There is also a VIP room with a special bat shopkeeper just for our contributors! Upstairs at Salty's Tavern, you will find a portal to take you to MythTerra. Beside it is a portal to MythDelta, which is coming soon! ;)

Perhaps one of the coolest features of Salty's Tavern is actual usable furniture! That's right. There are tables, chairs and sofas! You can sit on the chairs and sofas! Just right-click the chair or sofa and you'll have a seat! :)

Salty's Tavern will have minigames in the future! You'll all be able to join Salty's Tavern and have some fun with minigames!

It may also be worth noting that nobody will ever be banned from Salty's Tavern! :) Well, unless they've done something super terrible. But we really don't want to have to ban anyone from Salty's. We'd like it if everyone were able to have fun at Salty's because we love you all! <3

At Salty's, you can expect to find three ranks.
Patron: Most players will be Patrons. Patrons are ordinary tavern guests.
VIP: Contributors will all be VIP at the Tavern. VIP perks include special drinks to purchase. More will come in the future! :)
Bartender: These are admins. Nobody can obtain this rank.

MythDelta
Delta is coming soon. When it launches, you can expect to find a difficult and rewarding experience living as a traveller in the world of Mythrylia. Delta will have a host of custom plugins created to deliver a Mythrylian experience, such as changes to crafting materials, custom tree types, and more! Oh, perhaps I've said too much... ;)

Votifier! Woo! We love Votifier. You can vote for our server and receive rewards across all of our servers! Vote and you'll receive the following rewards.

Salty's Tavern: Receive some tokens to spend on drinks and food! Food coming soon. :) More vote rewards also coming soon!
Terra: Receive 100 Mynt, 5 Districts claim blocks (they add up, trust us!), and a random chance to receive something amazing! ;)
Delta: Coming soon! :)
