I have been hosting a small SMP town creation group building server for about a month now. The server is mostly players 14 to 25. Its mostly just a group of players just playing for fun and is very laid back. The server does have a pvp element but if thats not something your interested in, you do not have to participate.
Plugins:
Mcmmo
Factions ( For pvp or non pvp block protection)
FatGiants (Giants are a natural mob in the world)
sethome
Rules: no hacks, be polite, Dont greif random buildings, try not to kill non pvpers unless provoked, don't ask for op or mod, don't act like a 12 year old
We do also have a public ventrillo that alot of the ops and older players communicate on. Ventrillo is not required but we do encourage players to use it.
A lot of the Ventrillo players play other games such as...Diablo 3, Battlefield 3, Counterstrike, CIV 5, Hearts of Iron, ARMA 2 (dayz mod) and multiple miscellaneous steam titles. We welcome all players to join us in playing games other than Minecraft.
Most members of the actual gaming community are 18+.
