[Quantum Run] (Friendly Community) Survival & Creative Minecraft Server


Welcome to Quantum Run! 
 We have two different freebuild worlds for you to play: Survival & Creative.


About us


When you join for the first time, you spawn in a hub. In your inventory you get four blocks, which you can left- or right click to get to that specific world. You can also walk towards a place with the world's name to get teleported there. There’s also a list of worlds in chat, and you can click the world you would like to go to (in chat). 


This server has been online 24/7 for years, but I never really advertise it. So, if you want a silent and calm server, this is the right one! There are usually quite some players every day though. I still host this server because I love to develop stuff and maintain a server. I'm not planning to shut down the server at all, and even hope to run this server for many many more years! And I don't like map resets either, so don't worry about your buildings being reset.

You don't have to worry about server shutdown or map resets because the server has been 24/7 since 2012. There has only been one map reset recently (the first one in five years!). We moved over all the buildings from everyone that requested it.

  • Want to enable PvP? Use /fight.
  • Random teleport so you can start building instantly!
  • We have a shop plugin, so you can create your own market.
  • Get a list of all worlds with /worlds.
  • You get 250 claimblocks for every achievement.
  • Most messages in chat are hoverable and clickable.
  • Hover over the join message of a player: you will see their first join date.
  • Get a list of all ranks with /ranks.
  • Seen someone hacking? Report it please.



Survival



This world is meant to be vanilla. However, we have added land claims (for grief prevention by other players) and an economy, because it's a community. Please note that there's no grief prevention outside claims. Some events aren’t disabled outside claims, like: creepers, endermen, and fire block break. These will harm blocks outside your claim, but not inside claims. Players cannot do anything inside claims they don't have permission to, only sell or buy stuff from (your) shops.

Get to this world with the command /survival.


Creative



We also have a Creative world, because you sometimes want to try things out, or want to be creative! Plots are huge: 100 by 100 blocks. While on other servers, you would probably get 20 by 20 at maximum. You can claim a plot with /p auto. Claims that are empty will be unclaimed so every now and then.

Get to this world with the command /creative.

Fixed
- Command /spawn teleports you now to spawn of world you're in.
- You now automatically fly in creative worlds.
- TNT is now disabled in creative world because people abuse it.

Added 
- A list of clickable worlds in chat on join in the hub.
- Made /ranks looking more clear and clickable.
- Added a /worlds command.
- First join kit for survival and pvp world.
- Maximum amount of players has been set to 38.

Add mc.quantum.run to your server list, select the server, and click Connect.

A plot is 100x100, which seems big enough to me for the default rank.
You can upgrade your rank (/ranks), and the next rank after the default one may claim 3 plots. That rank costs $50000 in game money.

If you really wish to have more plots however, you can PM me and I would probably give the ability to claim more, but that would require some playtime.
