Removed Phatloot and Closed Dungeons after buggy plugins ( Dungeons will be back up when Phatloot has been updated). Fixed Tons of Errors in console Uptime Improved with 45% now running on 97% Uptime. 


Factions was restored and tweaks to Ranks and commands was made.

Staff was Cleaned out of Inactive Mods and helpers.  Recruitment will be put in soon.
