You just type in Tekkit Classic into. Google or whatever search enjin you use. Then the top website listed should say Tekkit Classic- Technic platform. Click on then then click on the button that says download launcher. Once it's downloaded open it up and scroll through the list of modpacks untill you see tekkit classic. Then you hit launch and it downloads the pack and launches it.
