This Server Seems like it would be The perfect City.... it has Eco,cars,houses. there are pretty strict rules regarding the whole server.... until night comes... everyday in real time There will be a 1 hour time period allowing citizens to do whatever they want..we call this time period.. The Purge. Crime/theft/murder/grief all is legal for 1 hour a day..
