towny server has the towny plugin you get to make a town that is only yours to edit and whoever you invite to your town you can get money from the jobs plugin and soon also mob arena and will be a shop this is still in progress but will be done probably this month but is fully playable and is small now but im hoping to get big and im going to get a permission shop too and ya join and check it out
