While I may only be 15, I have plenty of experience to make up for it. I have been staff(or positions similar to staff) on many servers before and have even owned and operated one. This gives me plenty of insight on how a good staff works with the people of the server and also allows me to give some thoughts on potential upgrades for the server as I know a decent amount about permissions. I hope to use these qualities to their upmost ability and become the kind of staff that is liked by the people of the server yet still retains the enforcement ability equivilent to a prison warden.
